What you will do

• Support day-to-day programme management activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Assist with maintaining governance plans, reporting processes, and programme documentation.
• Coordinate communications and engagement activities across internal teams, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Support ownership and delivery of programme communications planning in collaboration with internal communications teams.
• Assist with investment case preparation, planning activities, and documentation for future programme phases.
• Help ensure alignment across programme activities, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience supporting programmes or projects within complex delivery environments.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining governance documentation, reporting, or planning activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and programme workstreams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience within rail, transport, or digital retail/ticketing environments.
• Familiarity with online retail, ticketing, or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Understanding of UK rail digital systems or ticket issuing environments.
• Experience supporting public sector, regulated, or large-scale transformation programmes.
