What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the global webinar program for clients, prospects, and partners.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple concurrent marketing projects.
• Plan and execute EMEA-hosted events, covering everything from logistics to post-event reporting.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to improve audience reach and engagement.
• Maintain high quality and service standards across all client-facing marketing touchpoints.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required for all marketing activities.
• Proven experience in end-to-end event management, including webinars or live events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with event management tools such as Teams webinar, Cvent, Slido, or Mentimeter.
