What you will do

• Plan and execute high-performing marketing programs to drive demand and brand awareness.
• Align marketing efforts with sales priorities to increase pipeline growth.
• Orchestrate multichannel campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-person events.
• Develop account-based strategies and collaborate with 3rd party agencies.
• Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and provide optimization insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Fluency in written and conversational English.
• Experience in campaign orchestration and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives independently.
• Must be based in Poland.
