Location: Hybrid (Kyiv, Warsaw, or Nicosia).

What you will do

• Build and grow the engineering community across social channels, forums, and GitHub.
• Collaborate with engineers to produce high-quality technical content, including architecture deep dives and blog posts.
• Launch and manage technical content channels, including a blog and newsletter.
• Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and hackathons to build credibility within the tech community.
• Organize and sponsor technical events, hackathons, and meetups to attract top engineering talent.
• Track and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, and inbound candidate quality.

Requirements

• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (must be able to shift between conversational and technical tones).
• 2+ years of experience in community management, PR, or communications.
• Proven ability to turn complex technical topics into engaging content for engineers.
• Strong networking skills and experience building external communities.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, talent acquisition, and marketing teams.
• Comfortable acting as the public face of the company in technical channels and at events.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science or a strong technical background.
• Experience running technical events or meetups.
• Portfolio of technical content with demonstrated community traction.
