What you will do

• Support the motors production line and manage relationships with outsource vendors.
• Oversee manufacturing process development in collaboration with domestic and international teams.
• Create engineering and tool drawings, work instructions, and labor standards.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical design reviews to improve manufacturability.
• Provide performance reports to management regarding schedules and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, including ITAR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field OR equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Blacksburg, VA.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information (ITAR).
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
