What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain complex automated workflows and data-driven engines for integrated channel experiences.
• Drive operational efficiency through systems integration to ensure scalable and accurate multichannel marketing delivery.
• Design, code, and deploy multi-step marketing journeys, including lead nurturing and lifecycle management, primarily within SFMC.
• Develop and debug automation failures and implement advanced personalization using AMPscript and SSJS.
• Stabilize, optimize, and scale automation workflows across the entire marketing technology ecosystem.

Requirements

• Advanced technical expertise in marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with SFMC, specifically Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Business Unit configuration.
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript and SQL.
• Understanding of relational databases, Data Extensions, and API integrations.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico

Nice to have

• Experience with other platforms such as AJO or HubSpot.
• Technical knowledge of IP warming, SAP (Sender Authentication Package), and DNS records.
• Experience supporting API-based integrations and data synchronization.
