TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global). The company operates in a 100% distributed setting.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and scoring models.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, managing integrations between CRM, enrichment, and sequencing tools.
  • Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research and personalized outreach generation.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel to track performance metrics and optimize for meetings booked.
  • Develop automations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier or Make to ensure data integrity.
  • Evaluate and rapidly adopt emerging AI and GTM tooling to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or a technical RevOps role.
  • Proven track record of building outbound systems from scratch, including sequences and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Outreach/Instantly.
  • Strong proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring pipeline influence, reply rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to ship fast and maintain simple, scalable systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience building GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer-tools products.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion.
