What you will do

• Design and deliver L&D plans, curriculums, and communication strategies.
• Act as a thought partner and adviser to leaders on people engagement and communication approaches.
• Collaborate with HR and business units to analyze problems and develop learning-based solutions.
• Create engaging training materials and lead sessions across virtual, in-person, and asynchronous formats.
• Track and evaluate program effectiveness to provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for training sessions in collaboration with vendors and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, manager development, talent management, or instructional organizational development.
• Working experience with authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, or Adobe Captivate.
• Must be based in Arlington, VA
