What you will do

• Manage comprehensive bookkeeping for e-commerce clients using QuickBooks.
• Handle construction industry bookkeeping and payroll processing.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and balance multiple client accounts.
• Support professional services clients, including paralegal and notary businesses.
• Collaborate during EST overlap hours for client updates and strategic planning.
• Assist with potential QuickBooks to Drake software migration.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of US bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Experience with e-commerce bookkeeping and online business models.
• Availability for 3-4 hours overlap in Eastern Time (EST).
• Experience handling retirement plans, including 401(k) reporting and coordination.
