Project Engineer

Salary: $93,096.90 - 117,922.74 plus bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Own the delivery timeline for each assigned system build, from order receipt through configuration, manufacturing, test, and shipment.
• Identify and resolve risks across engineering, operations, and supply chain that threaten on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary project contact for external customers, providing status updates and managing expectations.
• Conduct weekly Engineering Change Order (ECO) reviews with contract manufacturing partners.
• Track and coordinate engineering deliverables against the project schedule.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cycle time and improve delivery predictability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, project engineering, or project management.
• Direct experience interfacing with external customers in a manufacturing or site-based delivery environment.
• Experience managing the delivery of complex configured systems from sales order through shipment.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools and a working understanding of SAP or a comparable ERP system.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
