TL;DR

Sales Manager (Enterprise Sales): Driving adoption of Starlink across North America with an accent on demand generation and mid-market Enterprise accounts. Focus on outbound prospecting, co-selling with resellers, and managing territory strategy to exceed revenue targets.

Location: Must work onsite from hirify.global office in Bastrop, TX, Hawthorne, CA, Redmond, WA, or Sunnyvale, CA

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Drive demand generation and win deals with mid-market Enterprise accounts.
  • Build a robust pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting and new business meetings.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies while maintaining CRM accuracy.
  • Collaborate with resellers and internal teams to lead winning sales campaigns.
  • Qualify opportunities, communicate value, and deliver formal proposals.
  • Manage weekly reporting and quarterly business reviews to track performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience (or 1+ years at hirify.global).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR compliance).
  • Ability to work onsite from Bastrop (TX), Hawthorne (CA), Redmond (WA), or Sunnyvale (CA).
  • Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in Enterprise sales.
  • Experience in specific verticals: SLED, Campus & Branch, or Industrial sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in dynamic startup environments.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills.
