TL;DR

Principal Machine Learning Architect (MLOps/Adtech): Designing and implementing large-scale end-to-end ML solutions to optimize digital advertising data with an accent on model delivery systems and feature generation. Focus on developing effective deployment strategies, managing real-time inferencing, and optimizing production pipelines.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Toronto (office attendance required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do

• Design and implement complex data-centric solutions, including large dataset verification and feature generation
• Build and optimize model delivery systems and deployment strategies
• Manage and monitor deployed ML models in production
• Develop capabilities for fast or real-time inferencing
• Ensure continuous high-quality data input for ML model development

Requirements

• Masters or PhD in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
• Proven track record of applying ML at scale in an industry setting
• Extensive knowledge of MLOps and production infrastructure for ML pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and standard Machine Learning frameworks
• Deep expertise in math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Strong business acumen to work cross-functionally and define success metrics

Nice to have

• Experience participating in machine learning competitions like Kaggle
• Domain knowledge of digital programmatic advertising data (Adtech)
• Software engineering background
• Published research articles or papers
