What you will do

• Research AI/ML models and algorithms, specifically focusing on combinatorial optimization problems.
• Develop proofs of concept (PoCs) using AI to solve real-world infrastructure challenges.
• Propose, adapt, and test AI/ML models using industry best practices.
• Analyze user challenges, workflows, and specific use cases to integrate AI solutions.
• Conduct technological watches and keep up to date with the latest scientific literature.
• Prepare reports and present research results to peers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Machine Learning or a related field.
• At least 2 years of R&D experience in machine learning, including deep learning and advanced techniques.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and copilot systems.
• Programming proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, and DSPy.
• Experience with major cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in solving combinatorial optimization problems.
• Experience with the development of surrogate functions.
