What you will do

• Research AI/ML models and algorithms, specifically targeting combinatorial optimization problems.
• Develop proofs of concept using AI to resolve concrete and complex infrastructure challenges.
• Propose, adapt, and test AI/ML algorithms following industry best practices.
• Analyze user workflows and use cases to align AI solutions with practical needs.
• Conduct technological watches and keep up-to-date with scientific literature in AI/ML.
• Prepare and present research results to internal stakeholders and peers.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Machine Learning or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in ML R&D, including deep learning and advanced techniques.
• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and copilot systems.
• Programming proficiency with Python, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, and DSPy.
• Experience with major cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or ElasticSearch.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience solving combinatorial optimization problems.
• Experience with the development of surrogate functions.
