What you will do

• Develop AI/ML algorithms and models following industry best practices.
• Analyze user challenges, workflows, and use cases to create practical AI solutions.
• Conduct research and maintain a technological watch over scientific literature in AI/ML.
• Manage data acquisition, analyze data integrity, and develop cleaning strategies for training sets.
• Measure and validate model performance and resilience.
• Prepare and present technical reports and results to internal stakeholders and peers.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Machine Learning or a related specialty.
• At least 2 years of experience in ML R&D, including deep learning and advanced techniques.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM), RAG, and copilot systems.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, and GraphRAG.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with major cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or MLOps practices.
