🧷 Position: Client Relationship Manager
📍 Location: Limassol | Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to become the main point of contact for our live clients — someone who builds trust, keeps communication clear, ensures smooth day-to-day cooperation, and helps clients feel supported and understood.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

● Own and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of live clients, serving as their trusted primary point of contact day-to-day
● Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, transaction volumes, and payment performance to provide consultative, data-driven recommendations
● Lead regular business reviews and strategic meetings with clients, tracking performance, gathering feedback, and aligning on goals
● Handle client escalations swiftly and professionally, coordinating across technical, product, operations, and support teams to drive resolution
● Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with internal teams to match client needs with the right solutions
● Oversee billing and financial queries for each account, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and early flagging of discrepancies
● Advocate for client needs internally while balancing commercial and operational priorities

🗒 Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
● 2+ years of experience in the fintech sector, with payment processing experience preferred.
● Fluent in English, capable of managing communications and documents in both languages. Russian is a strong advantage.
● Strong background in fintech or payment gateways, with expertise in handling enterprise-level merchants.

Skills & Competencies
● Strong communicator with excellent relationship management and consultative skills
● Commercially aware, with the ability to spot growth opportunities and act on them
● Organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities
● Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics
● Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams
