What you will do

• Design and maintain production-ready AI solutions using LLM and agentic technologies.
• Develop AI workflows, orchestration layers, and RAG pipelines.
• Build scalable AI services and APIs using Python.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms for AI reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Architects and Product Managers to align AI solutions with business needs.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with Python and backend development.
• Hands-on experience building production-ready AI/LLM applications.
• Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience designing RAG architectures and vector database integrations.
• Understanding of AI system reliability, validation, and monitoring.
• Must be based in Sofia or Burgas, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI observability and tracing tools.
• Knowledge of AI security, data privacy, and governance.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
• Familiarity with prompt evaluation frameworks and benchmarking.
