Lead ML Engineer (AI)

Location: Bulgaria, Poland, or Ukraine; remote or office work

What you will do

• Define technical standards and architecture for scalable, reliable end-to-end ML systems.
• Oversee production-ready LLMOps pipelines with MLflow, LangSmith, Langfuse, or Weights & Biases.
• Translate business requirements into ML solutions for NLP, RAG systems, and multimodal models.
• Architect and oversee production-scale multi-agent systems using LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Govern CI/CD/CT practices, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, security, and workflow orchestration.
• Mentor ML Engineers and contribute to technical strategy, client engagements, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong Python proficiency and experience building and deploying complex ML systems in production.
• Deep expertise in LLMOps, AgentOps, experiment tracking, and related tools.
• Experience deploying cloud-based AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Advanced knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, especially LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Experience leading or mentoring ML Engineering teams and establishing engineering best practices.
• Strong spoken and written English required. A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
