Focus on implementing reliable LangGraph graphs, retry and fallback patterns, multi-backend checkpointing, and OpenTelemetry tracing across orchestration steps.

What you will do
- Develop workflow logic using LangGraph nodes, edges, and graphs.
- Implement checkpointing with SQLite, Redis, and PostgreSQL checkpointers.
- Build human-in-the-loop workflows for agent orchestration.
- Apply retry, timeout, and fallback patterns in LangGraph.
- Implement OpenTelemetry tracing across orchestration steps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Python development experience.
- Experience with LangGraph or LangChain agent orchestration.
- Experience with asynchronous Python using asyncio.
- Must be located in one of the listed countries: Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating AWS Bedrock.
- Experience testing multi-agent workflows.
- Experience with LangSmith trace visualization.
