Salary: $160,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Own the mission engineering and operations analysis strategy for C-UAS and Air Defense product development.
• Translate intelligence community products and adversary capabilities into modeling parameters and red force scenarios.
• Lead blue force CONOP-informed scenario development and validate simulation outputs against authoritative data.
• Brief analytical findings and scenario rationale to senior technical leadership, DoD, DARPA, and IC stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to structure analytical approaches and shape business pursuits.
• Serve as the primary interface to US and allied air defenders for classified data exchanges and mission data accreditation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting defense, intelligence, or advanced technology programs.
• Recent experience planning and executing operational C-UAS or Air Defense of US military assets in a deployed combat environment.
• Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
• Extensive experience with analytical tools, statistical methods, and data visualization for CONOPS/OV-1 briefings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analytical efforts and deliver products with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Expertise in mission-level simulation environments such as AFSIM or Ansys STK.
• Experience leading study teams, model accreditation, or V&V efforts.
• Experience with Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) tools like MAK VR-Forces or SIMDIS.
