Location: Must be based in the UAE or Jordan, with heavy travel (50%+) across the Gulf region.

What you will do
- Expand the regional pipeline by identifying opportunities across armed forces, ministries of defense, and procurement authorities.
- Develop and execute strategic capture plans to qualify opportunities and ensure high win probability.
- Act as the primary ambassador for the company, engaging with high-level stakeholders including ministers, general officers, and CEOs.
- Translate regional customer priorities into actionable capability needs for engineering and product teams.
- Lead the development of proposals, market research, and white papers for multi-million-dollar defense awards.
- Ensure compliance with US government export procedures and licensing in partnership with legal and government affairs teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of defense BD experience working directly with Middle East armed forces or procurement authorities.
- Strong understanding of Middle East defense procurement, regional offset, and localization frameworks.
- Proven track record in writing successful defense proposals and capturing multi-million-dollar awards.
- Cultural fluency and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to government ministers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel frequently (50%+) across the Gulf region and to international offices.

- Established relationships across the wider Gulf region defense sector.
- Arabic language fluency.
- Domain expertise in radar, RF, sensors, or weapons systems.
- Experience developing business cases for regional market entry and localization.
