What you will do
- Manage the monthly subscriber communication schedule, ensuring consistency in brand tone and voice.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and first responder for all subscriber customer service and fulfillment inquiries.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve subscription management, growth, and retention.
- Collaborate with the web team to troubleshoot and resolve backend issues within WooCommerce, Shopify, and Mailchimp.
- Coordinate the annual Photo Contest and update website product listings.
- Translate customer insights and trends into actionable community initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service and community engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with e-commerce and marketing platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, and Substack.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel and Google Workspace for reporting and trend analysis.
- Must be based in Miami, FL for on-site work.
