Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned Tier 1 accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor partner system health and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve technical risks or bugs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations to resolve critical incidents and system outages.
• Identify opportunities to expand product usage and guide partners through cross-sell implementation and API scaling.
• Collaborate with technical writers to create playbooks, integration guides, and documentation to increase internal and partner efficiency.
• Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Expert-level comfort with APIs, including testing endpoints and debugging integration failures.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and monitoring tools for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with fintech domains such as payments, banking-as-a-service, lending, or compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
