What you will do

• Coordinate a B2B Admin Self-Service portal project with an external partner, including delivery rollout and acceptance testing.
• Drive the Core Network Automation initiative, specifically managing Ericsson’s automation MVP delivery.
• Define long-term automation strategies and delivery roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate UX updates and drive discussions with stakeholders across Sweden and Denmark.
• Coordinate resources from the Core Network line organization, Ericsson, and other contributors.
• Report and steer project progress towards the Core Network Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience with a track record of value-focused delivery.
• Experience running automation projects, specifically using GitOps.
• General understanding of mobile core networks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to mediate technical discussions.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and decision-making facilitation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile operator projects or core network upgrades.
• Understanding of Cloud Core infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, GitHub, or GitOps.
• Background in testing and quality assurance.
• Swedish language skills.
