What you will do

• Act as the right hand to the Platform Lead to support operations across Sweden.
• Plan and execute events ranging from intimate founder dinners to large-scale partner events.
• Provide daily operational support for founders building within the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Manage communication and logistics for the founder community.
• Collaborate with the Nordic team to strengthen hirify.global's position as a leading VC in the region.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and founder-led ventures.
• Proactive "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset with a willingness to handle tasks of all sizes.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with founders and investors.
• Academic background in business or operations, or a track record of leading projects and communities.
• Must be based in Stockholm.
