TL;DR

What you will do
- Assist in delivery of large-scale construction projects, focusing on critical mechanical and electrical equipment like generators, switchgear, UPS, and AHUs.
- Engage with vendors to identify and manage risks throughout design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning stages.
- Review technical submissions, conduct site walks, monitor progress, quality, and safety, and track corrective actions.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, implement project procedures, and support change management and handover processes.
- Align vendor schedules with project timelines, attend factory witness and acceptance tests, and ensure proper installation methods with general contractors.
- Manage paperwork, sign-offs, and advise design team on equipment-related elements.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Experience in data centre facility maintenance, operation, and/or commissioning.
- Experience in manufacturing QA/QC.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word); experience with Procore or Bluebeam is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.

- Experience with online document management applications like Procore or Bluebeam.
