What you will do

  • Scale Google Ads to become a core growth engine rivaling Meta in performance.
  • Lead high-volume, structured creative testing and collaborate with the creative team to optimize assets.
  • Monitor KPIs via Google Ads, Tableau, and Amplitude to turn data into actionable growth steps.
  • Design and implement automation workflows using scripts, autorules, and n8n to increase efficiency.
  • Track industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new campaign types and targeting approaches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a track record of scaling monthly budgets to $1M+.
  • Strong expertise in Demand Gen, Display, and Search campaigns within web subscription funnels.
  • Ability to connect UA decisions to business outcomes like LTV, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Experience building and shipping AI-assisted pipelines or automation workflows.
  • English: B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Meta UA, AppLovin, or Snapchat.
  • Previous experience in wellness, fitness, or subscription-based health apps.
