Location: Remote or hybrid from Cyprus (Limassol) or Poland (Warsaw)

What you will do

  • Own UA strategy and performance across Meta and Google, including web funnels and subscription flows.
  • Define channel architecture, scaling frameworks, and drive spend growth with ROI/LTV discipline.
  • Lead UA automation by evolving Meta automation models and building Google automation structures.
  • Build the UA operating model, set performance standards, and hire and develop the UA team.
  • Partner with product, analytics, and creative teams to align UA experiments with product funnels.
  • Manage portfolio-level performance metrics and raise execution quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience in UA and hiring UA managers.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and web funnel acquisition.
  • Experience scaling large paid budgets for B2C subscription digital products.
  • Strong systems, experimentation, and analytical thinking mindset.
  • English: B2+ required
