What you will do

• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for new and existing customers.
• Review and verify customer applications, including beneficial ownership structures and source of funds.
• Monitor and analyze international watchlists covering sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
• Investigate and resolve potential matches flagged during screening processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and improve compliance workflows.
• Provide input for the development of automated KYC and watchlist screening solutions.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a KYC or watchlist screening role, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with specialized KYC and screening software platforms.
• Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
