Intellectual Property Specialist (IP Management)

What you will do

• Manage client intellectual property portfolios and formally process patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models.
• Enter, maintain, and monitor IP-related data in internal systems, including tracking deadlines.
• Correspond with national and international patent offices, colleagues, and clients.
• Train employees across hirify.global locations in the formal processing of IP rights.
• Support other departments and perform tasks aligned with the global IP management strategy.

Requirements

• Educational background in intellectual property, such as paralegal or patent attorney assistant training, or equivalent experience.
• Solid professional experience in IP management.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Customer-focused, professional, discreet, autonomous, and able to work as part of a global team.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools and experience with patent management software; availability to travel and work from different locations when required.

• Knowledge of any additional language besides English.
