What you will do

• Manage client IP portfolios, including formal processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models.
• Input and maintain IP-related data in internal systems with high accuracy.
• Conduct correspondence with national and international patent offices, clients, and colleagues.
• Train internal employees across various global locations on IP rights processing.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of all IP-related administrative tasks.
• Provide cross-departmental support to maintain global service standards.

Requirements

• Educational background in IP (e.g., Paralegal apprenticeship or Patent Attorney Assistant).
• Solid professional experience in IP management.
• Excellent fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience using patent management software.
• Availability to travel and work from different locations when required.
