What you will do
- Identify legal and regulatory requirements for equipment in new building and installation projects.
- Collaborate with HSE Managers to collect and consolidate compliance-relevant information.
- Ensure the seamless transfer of compliant equipment into operational legal compliance management.
- Provide senior support for the analysis of inspection and control reports.
- Manage non-conformities ranging from documentation gaps to major regulatory breaches, such as RGIE.
- Act as a pedagogical reference, simplifying complex regulatory topics for technical teams and management.
Requirements
- Certified Prevention Advisor (mandatory).
- Approximately 10 years of professional experience in legal and regulatory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of electrical safety (RGIE), ATEX, pressure equipment, and fire protection.
- Fluent English and French (spoken and written) required.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks to concrete technical situations.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical or industrial environments.
- Exposure to CAPEX, new installations, or building projects.
- Experience with CPPT or similar social bodies.
