What you will do

• Lead end-to-end commissioning for mission-critical data centre projects including Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, and BMS systems.
• Manage commissioning planning, execution, scheduling, and system turnover to operations teams.
• Coordinate with construction, design, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure commissioning milestones are achieved.
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, test scripts, method statements, and integrated systems testing (IST) protocols.
• Oversee functional testing of critical MEP infrastructure such as UPS, generators, chillers, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore or able to work from the Singapore office.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data centre facility construction and commissioning.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of developing Commissioning Test Scripts and Method Statements (Level 1 to Level 5).
• Proficiency with project/document platforms like Aconex, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Ability to travel regionally (30%-40% of the time).

Nice to have

• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Experience with high-density/AI-ready delivery and accelerated fit-outs.
• Regional exposure working in different countries.
