What you will do

• Develop and deliver automated, real-time dashboards and reporting tools for digital marketing performance.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to ensure robust data pipelines and accurate tracking.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, visual insights to support strategic marketing decisions.
• Support data migration to GCP, including requirements gathering and project management.
• Monitor critical metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Champion the use of Generative BI and data storytelling across the marketing function.

Requirements

• Proven experience in reporting and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
• Experience with data querying and transformation using SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and stakeholders in an organized manner.
