Senior Group Insight Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Lead claims operation analysis to spot and reduce leakage and define data-driven strategies.
• Quantify process changes for the reserving cycle and develop triangulation patterns.
• Act as a Business Partner, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver insight requests.
• Calculate and evaluate cost-saving initiatives (CSIs) from a business-wide perspective.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards to visualize performance for the Claims and BI teams.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleansing, and manipulation.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Expertise in advanced mathematics and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience with reserving curves and forecasting using the Chain Ladder Method.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
• Valid UK work authorization (e.g., Graduate or Post-Study Work visa with at least one year remaining).
