Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Henley-on-Thames, UK (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to align analytics with commercial outcomes.
• Shape GTM campaigns by grounding strategy in evidence and actionable insights.
• Optimize marketing spend, targeting, and client engagement through data analysis.
• Collaborate with advanced analytics teams to deploy predictive models and forecasting solutions.
• Manage relationships with media and analytics agencies to ensure measurable deliverables.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote data-driven culture across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing Science.
• Proven experience in digital or marketing analytics, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Tableau or PowerBI, and AWS.
• Strong familiarity with GA360 and Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear decisions for stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from the Henley-on-Thames office 4 days per week.

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing including SEO, SEM, and paid media.
