TL;DR

Director of Customer Success (SaaS): Leading global customer support operations and success strategies for an AR and AI-driven software platform with an accent on customer retention, adoption, and operational excellence. Focus on scaling support workflows using AI, managing executive-level enterprise relationships, and bridging the gap between customers and product engineering.

Location: Remote (Canada and US). Travel is required (25-50%); must hold a valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally to Canada, the US, and the Caribbean.

Salary: 110K - 130K CAD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies focused on retention, adoption, and value realization.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic enterprise customers.
  • Oversee global technical support operations, ensuring SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement of support workflows and customer experience using AI.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align the roadmap with customer feedback and prioritize defects.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop support agents while building scalable organizational structures.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or SaaS Operations.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing teams in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • Must be based in Canada or the US.
  • Valid passport and legal eligibility for international travel (Canada, US, Caribbean) are mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Azure DevOps, CRM systems, and customer analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills.
