What you will do

• Establish and drive global communication cadence and internal messaging for Agentic Technologist team.
• Create and manage evergreen playbook with latest product developments, trends, and customer needs.
• Partner with Marketing on positioning and strategic staffing for events and engagements.
• Build and manage shared global calendar for customer activities, travel, and coverage.
• Synthesize team insights to influence product roadmap and real-world challenges.
• Coordinate dissemination of technical assets and enablement for partners and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Project/Program Management
• Strategic technical communication for global audiences
• Experience building operational systems for distributed teams
• Cross-functional influence with Marketing, Product, Sales
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise software, cloud, AI/ML, IAM/IGA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
