What you will do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for partner events, including booth installation, shipping, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee post-event operations such as lead list collection, CRM imports, and routing to sales teams.
• Execute partner marketing programs by updating toolkits, co-branded assets, and marketplace initiatives.
• Support growth and maintain-phase accounts via direct mail campaigns and ongoing partner requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partner demand generation and strategic initiative teams to ensure alignment.
• Handle the intake of partner marketing requests and track project status based on business impact.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in event marketing, specifically supporting vendors and logistics.
• Must be based in the US (eligible for E-Verify).
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong execution discipline.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
