Associate Business Process Analyst

TL;DR

Associate Business Process Analyst: Supporting the Distribution Asset Management team by reviewing inspection data and validating asset information with an accent on preventative maintenance programs. Focus on ensuring data accuracy across systems, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with established operational standards.

Location: Must be based in Richmond, VA (3 days onsite required)

Salary: $28 - $31/hr

What you will do

• Review and validate inspection reports for accuracy, ensuring alignment between data, photos, and asset records.
• Support the administration and tracking of preventative maintenance programs, specifically transformer inspections.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with field inspectors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and update asset data within SAP and related systems.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to track and report on maintenance program performance.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with data quality standards.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Process Analyst role.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on issue resolution.

Nice to have

• Associates Degree in Business Analytics or relevant certification.
• Experience working with SAP or similar asset management systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI for report consumption and basic analysis.
• Experience supporting data validation, inspections, or maintenance programs.
