What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support and troubleshoot macOS and Windows hardware/software issues.
- Manage the full device lifecycle, including building, configuring, deploying, shipping, and decommissioning laptops.
- Administer identity and access for SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Dialpad.
- Maintain accurate asset tracking and hardware inventory records.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve technical obstacles and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support or IT Specialist role.
- Hands-on experience maintaining tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
- Must be based onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Ability to work Pacific Time hours (approximately 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET).
- Foundational understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements.
