What you will do

• Own and maintain strategic roadmaps for a portfolio of 2-3 related products aligned with GTM strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives and OKRs into prioritized backlogs and release plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and stakeholders to align on outcomes and surface risks.
• Lead product development initiatives from concept to release across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and business metrics to inform product decisions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a software development environment.
• Ability to work core business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
• Strong proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools, specifically JIRA.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within K-12 or higher education systems.
• Familiarity with SIS platforms such as PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Clever, or Classlink.
• Experience with educational data privacy standards (e.g., FERPA compliance).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Databricks.
