What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build high-quality, scalable products.
• Prioritize product requirements through user research, stakeholder input, and data insights.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze product performance using metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product management within technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products or features.
• Ability to balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in LATAM

Nice to have

• Experience working in SaaS, data, AI, or platform-based products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or product analytics tools.
• Technical background or understanding of APIs, data systems, or modern architectures.
