What you will do

• Define and drive the ED product roadmap grounded in clinical evidence, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback.
• Own the end-to-end ED workflow experience from patient arrival through triage, documentation, and handoff.
• Drive measurable improvements in clinician efficiency, focusing on time-to-chart and documentation completeness.
• Build the ED ROI narrative for physicians, physician employers, and health systems.
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate value levers into positioning, packaging, and sales enablement.
• Drive adoption metrics and expand the product into adjacent personas and care settings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of a vertical product line or platform.
• Proven track record of building deep domain expertise quickly in complex, unfamiliar domains.
• Experience owning the full value chain, including layered buying dynamics and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML products, API integrations, and complex system design.
• Must be based in San Francisco and available to work in-office 3x/week.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with ambient AI, NLP, or clinical documentation technology.
• Prior 0→1 product vertical experience.
