What you will do

• Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Instagram to grow followers and brand awareness.
• Build and test ad sets across various audiences including lookalike, interest-based, and retargeting.
• Run creative experiments to test hypotheses on audiences, ad copy, and visuals.
• Track and analyze core metrics such as CPF, reach, engagement rate, and CTR.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager including campaign management, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel from impression to application.
• Ability to interpret data and take actionable steps based on performance insights.
