What you will do

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Execute Meta Ads campaigns while testing and scaling secondary channels like TikTok and Reddit.
• Continuously test ad creatives, hooks, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion.
• Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to build high-converting funnels.
• Prepare performance reports to communicate insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing paid social acquisition campaigns.
• Expertise in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of modern paid social attribution and post-iOS14 tracking.
• Ability to direct creative teams on platform-specific formats and trends.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRO and landing page best practices.
• Experience working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns.
