Business Sales Support Executive

Location: Must be based in the UK. Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Leeds office.

What you will do

• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotes, and support bid processes to drive sales activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed, delivered, and billed accurately.
• Support the rollout and maintenance of sales enablement tools, training programs, and content.
• Manage sales platforms and documentation to ensure materials are accurate and accessible.
• Assist with onboarding new starters and coordinating team communications.
• Produce sales insights and maintain trackers to support the Sales Enablement team.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-confident with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Proactive, curious, and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce and telecoms is desirable but not essential.
