What you will do

  • Translate divisional strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM) priorities into clear people and workforce plans aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Design and support future-state organizational structures, capability models, and succession planning.
  • Lead end-to-end consultation and workforce transition activity, ensuring fair and compliant implementation.
  • Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and using people insights to challenge decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate employee relations and operational risks in partnership with HR leadership and Legal.
  • Develop change communications and engagement strategies to ensure a transparent experience for colleagues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within complex organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and leading divisional transformation from an HR perspective.
  • Expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM), organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link people decisions to business outcomes.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent HR qualification and experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Specific experience in change management.
  • Experience working across multi-location or global delivery models, including offshore.
