What you will do
- Translate divisional strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM) priorities into clear people and workforce plans aligned with commercial objectives.
- Design and support future-state organizational structures, capability models, and succession planning.
- Lead end-to-end consultation and workforce transition activity, ensuring fair and compliant implementation.
- Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and using people insights to challenge decisions.
- Identify and mitigate employee relations and operational risks in partnership with HR leadership and Legal.
- Develop change communications and engagement strategies to ensure a transparent experience for colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within complex organizational structures.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and leading divisional transformation from an HR perspective.
- Expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM), organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link people decisions to business outcomes.
- CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent HR qualification and experience.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK.
Nice to have
- Specific experience in change management.
- Experience working across multi-location or global delivery models, including offshore.
