What you will do

• Define and execute the sportsbook product strategy and identify new market opportunities to expand betting offerings.
• Design and enhance the end-to-end user experience across all platforms and implement personalization strategies.
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for player acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
• Own key performance metrics (GGR, margin, player LTV) and use analytics to drive profitability.
• Partner with risk teams to manage liability and exposure while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build and evolve the sportsbook department structure, defining processes and best practices for scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sportsbook, iGaming, or product management.
• Strong expertise in sportsbook strategy, odds, and market trends.
• Proven track record in product development and innovation.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Belgrade, Serbia.
