What you will do
- Own and improve post-payment customer experience across core products.
- Increase paying-user activation by helping customers reach a high-quality match and meaningful communication within the first week.
- Identify and solve product problems preventing customers from finding relevant matches.
- Improve relevance of offers, invites, and recommendations; work on scenarios with too many, too few, or irrelevant offers.
- Build and improve discovery flows, matching logic, and personalization mechanics.
- Collaborate with analytics, design, engineering, and other product teams to test hypotheses and measure impact on activation and retention.
Requirements
- Solid B2C product experience with complex customer journeys, matching, discovery, or recommendation mechanics.
- Experience improving customer activation and helping users reach a clear product value state.
- Strong understanding of client experience, customer journey, and post-payment behavior.
- Experience with onboarding, first-session experience, discovery flows, or similar activation scenarios.
- Experience with relevance, ranking, matching, or recommendation systems.
- Fluent Russian.
