What you will do

• Own and improve post-payment customer experience across core products.
• Increase paying-user activation by helping customers reach a high-quality match and meaningful communication within the first week.
• Identify and solve product problems preventing customers from finding relevant matches.
• Improve relevance of offers, invites, and recommendations; work on scenarios with too many, too few, or irrelevant offers.
• Build and improve discovery flows, matching logic, and personalization mechanics.
• Collaborate with analytics, design, engineering, and other product teams to test hypotheses and measure impact on activation and retention.

Requirements

• Solid B2C product experience with complex customer journeys, matching, discovery, or recommendation mechanics.
• Experience improving customer activation and helping users reach a clear product value state.
• Strong understanding of client experience, customer journey, and post-payment behavior.
• Experience with onboarding, first-session experience, discovery flows, or similar activation scenarios.
• Experience with relevance, ranking, matching, or recommendation systems.
• Fluent Russian.
