What you will do

• Perform wet-lab synthesis and formulation of coatings, solutions, and elastic materials.
• Conduct rheology and mechanical testing, including tensile, peel, and shear tests.
• Prepare reagents, samples, and consumables to ensure continuous experimental throughput.
• Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot laboratory automation tools.
• Record and organize experimental data with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to support diverse research projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical/Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial wet-lab setting.
• Hands-on experience with pipetting, chemical handling, and solution preparation.
• Experience synthesizing and testing materials in fume hoods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, shift-based environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automated workflows and custom scripting.
• Experience with characterization methods for morphology and chemical composition.
• Basic engineering skills for troubleshooting centrifuges, pumps, and chemical handlers.
• Experience in high-throughput production environments.
