What you will do

• Lead agile, cross-functional teams in the ongoing management and advancement of digital products and channels.
• Drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and manage delivery timelines for high-visibility initiatives.

• Partner with Engineering and broad stakeholder groups to establish priorities and gain buy-in.
• Ensure alignment across teams to deliver industry-leading solutions that serve customers effectively.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to transform workflows and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (occasional travel to Chattanooga, TN required).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent corporate experience.
• 6 years of experience managing consumer tools or technology.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• 1 year of project or account management experience.
• Sponsorship is not available for this role.
